When you live at Lakeland Village, the only thing you have to concern yourself with is how to enjoy each day to the fullest, on your terms and on your schedule. We handle the details while you decide on whether to hit the gym for a workout, or participate in a group outing, or join in one of the many activities organized by the full time recreation staff. Or maybe you just want to jump in your car and explore the countryside or hop on the transit bus to head for the mall.
We have 38 suites in total with 4 unit floor plans.
All of the suites at Lakeland Village are completely self-contained with 3-piece ensuite with spa tub and grab rails, closet, kitchenette and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. There are also emergency call buttons located in the bathroom and bedside in each suite. In addition to the individual suites, there is also a Great Room for social gatherings and recreational activities, dining room, a full communal country kitchen available 24-hours a day and 5 beautifully landscaped acres with courtyards, gardens, benches and barbeque.
Four unique floor plans:
- Standard suite without patio;
- Standard suite with patio;
- One bedroom suite with patio and living room; and
- Studio suite (large standard) with patio.
Levels of care that change as your personal needs evolve.
At Lakeland Village, you never again have to worry about moving. As you age and your needs evolve, you can continue living right where you are and take advantage of the additional care services we offer.
We offer three distinct levels of care:
Assisted Living
This is our basic package for our completely independent and self-sufficient residents. It includes rent and utilities (excluding phone and cable), 3 delicious and nutritious meals daily served in our dining room as well as daily snacks and beverages. Also included is use of our in-house gym with fitness staff, group recreational activities, common laundry room and daily maid service. There is also on-call 24-hour nursing service in case of emergency as well as medication management and a daily health and well-being check, which includes blood pressure monitoring.
Personal Care Package
This package includes all the services included in our Assisted Living package, plus the added available services of personal hygiene and care in the mornings and evenings as well as help with bathing and bathroom. Meal service to your suite is also available. Residents are able to tailor the care package to meet their precious needs so they are not paying for services they do not require.
Nursing Care Package
This package is available to residents requiring daily medical assistance and nursing care beyond the basics of on-call emergencies and medication management offered in our Assisted Living package.
